Deutsche Bahn (DB) offers long-distance train connections (ICE / IC / EC) from major German hubs to „Osnabrück Hbf“ (Osnabrück Central Station) e.g. from Hamburg, Bremen or the Ruhr and Rhine-Main areas. The Amsterdam-Berlin rail link also runs via Osnabrück.

By Car

By Plane
The closest international airport is „Münster / Osnabrück“ (FMO). The X15 bus service connects FMO and Osnabrück Central Station at regular intervals. A taxi ride costs approx. € 75.
Major international airlines fly directly to „Düsseldorf Airport“ (DUS). The RE 2 regional express train allows you to travel straight from the airport station to Osnabrück Central Station.

Variant Area by the Robert Koch Institute, the stay at the University of Osnabrueck is not allowed. - If your departure location is classified as a Risk Area your stay at the University of Osnabrück is only allowed if you have complete protection against infection (at least 15 days before arrival completed protective vaccination) and you can prove this with appropriate evidence (vaccination certificate).
